1,8-diazabicycloundecano-7-ene (DBU) can be used as a catalyst for the production of polyaminomethanol ethyl ester and other chemical products, dichloroethane reacting in its presence . It is an excellent dehydrating agent, epoxy resin hardener, rust inhibitor, and Chemicalbook can be used to prepare advanced corrosion inhibitors. Resin curing accelerators, especially for external sealing resins used in integrated circuits and electronic components; Dehalogenation reaction, dimerization and trimer dehalogenation reaction; Desulfonic acid and denitrification reactions occur during the polymerization process.
