Application Of Dinonylnaphthalenesulfonic acid
DNNSA can be used as a catalyst for coatings, and can also be used as the main raw material for the production of cooling catalysts for amino baking paints. It is suitable for anodic electrophoretic paint systems because of its hydrophobicity. In anodic electrocoat systems, it transfers and deposits rapidly, and catalyzes the curing reaction of hydroxyl, carboxyl and amino functional groups with alkylated amino resins. Also suitable for solvent and waterborne coating systems to improve corrosion resistance. Due to its high static electricity Therefore, it is especially suitable for electrostatic spraying. This product is used for coil steel, can paint, automobile paint, general industrial surface and primer. The addition amount is 0.5--2%, which can reduce the baking temperature and shorten the baking time. Baking time, improve the hardness and chemical resistance of the paint film.
