Applications Vulcanization speed Super speed grade Application This product is an environmentally friendly rubber vulcanization accelerator. It is suitable for dry NR, IR, BR, SBRIIIR, NBR and EPDM.The performance is similar to TMTD, TETD but with low foaming and coking properties. Good vulcanization performance but low strength. High vulcanization effect even without sulfur and heat resistance, no foaming, strong compression resistance. Easy to disperse, no pollution, no discoloration, suitable for vulcanization temperature 120-145ºC as accelerator, dosage 0.5-2 parts, used as vulcanizing agent, suitable for vulcanizing temperature 140-160ºC.
